#Work on your tasks

My tasks lists the user tasks assigned to you; open one, fill in its form and submit it, and the process continues at once — completed tasks stay available read-only.

#The list

My tasks shows how many tasks are open and completed, and has two tabs — Offen (open) and Abgeschlossen (completed), in German whatever the language of the screen.

  • Open is sorted newest first; the first task is opened for you. A row shows the process, the task's title, who started the process and how long ago.
  • Completed loads 100 at a time with Load more, newest completion first.
  • Task, process, person … searches the list; in Completed, from three characters on, it searches your whole history.

A task is only in the list of the person it is assigned to — see Hand work to a person with a user task.

#Complete a task

  1. Open the task. Its header shows where it comes from, who started the process, when the task was created, and Open instance.
  2. Fill in the form. Fields may be prefilled, hidden or locked by the process.
  3. Click Submit. The form checks its own rules first.

Task completed successfully confirms it; the task moves to Completed straight away and the process continues. If it fails, the task comes back with the reason.

❌ There is no reject, no saving a half-filled task, no handing it to someone else and no due date.

❌ A task without a form shows "This task has no form — confirm it with the submit button.", but Submit does nothing; it cannot be completed. See Build a form.

#Completed tasks

A completed task shows when it was completed, its details and Submitted data (read-only) — the form with what was entered.

#Hear about new tasks

  • Email: each new task sends an email with a link to it. Switch it off in your profile, under Email on new task. ⚠️ The email is German.
  • In the app: while it is open, a toast New task appears with View. ⚠️ View opens the task in a new browser tab.

❌ There is no notification bell, and ⚠️ no layout for phones.

⚠️ The profile page has no link in the Execution app — it is at /profile.
